Well, we’ve found a little tip via BravoTV that can help save the day.

That’s right. Salt. Nothing fancy necessary, just whatever you put on your french fries.
Now, we’ve seen old-timers salt their beer before. Just tip the shaker over their draft and give a little wiggle. We never understood it, but we’ve seen it. This one was new to us.
According to Prima, that’s the secret discovered by former Microsoft exec and cookbook author Nathan Myhrvold at a recent dinner party… Before long, he tells the Wall Street Journal, everyone else at the party was copying his behavior and adding a pinch of salt to their own glasses.
Of course, it’s advice you should probably take with the proverbial pinch of salt. Too much is almost certain to make an already bad experience worse. But just a touch can help take the edge off a bad wine.
